Do you bulk-bill or accept private health insurance?
We accept all major private health funds and process HICAPS claims on the spot. You only pay the gap. We also see EPC / Chronic Disease Management referrals from your GP under Medicare, but please note these aren't bulk-billed: there's still a gap payment between the Medicare rebate and our standard fee. For workers' comp, CTP and DVA, give us a call before booking and we'll walk you through the process.
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners in Australia, so you can book directly. A GP referral is only needed for EPC/Medicare-funded visits, workers' comp claims, or DVA appointments.
What's the difference between dry cupping and Hijama (wet cupping)?
Dry cupping creates suction over the skin to release fascial tension. Hijama (wet cupping) involves small superficial incisions before suction, which draws stagnant blood. We perform both in a clean clinical environment, with full single-use equipment. Hijama at Rehab N Run is performed by trained physios. Not as a standalone service.
How long does an appointment take?
Initial consultations are 30 or 60 minutes, and you get assessment and hands-on treatment in the first session, not just an assessment. Pick 60 minutes for complex or post-surgical cases. Follow-ups also come in 30-minute and 60-minute options, depending on what your plan needs week-to-week. We don't double-book treatment rooms, so you get our full attention.
Which suburbs do you serve?
Our clinic is on Hume Highway in Liverpool, and we see patients from Liverpool, Casula, Moorebank, Chipping Norton, Cabramatta, Lurnea, Warwick Farm, and the broader South-West Sydney area. Telehealth is available worldwide.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes. Free parking is available directly outside Shop 4C, so most patients drive. The 853, 854 and 858 buses stop on Hume Highway within walking distance. Liverpool Station is about a 25-minute walk, or a short bus from the station to Hume Hwy.
