Physiotherapist at Rehab n Run

B.Phty (ACU) · Advanced Dry Needling · DMA Clinical Pilates (Units A & B) · Certified Hijama Practitioner

Sarah is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the Australian Catholic University. She joined Rehab n Run to work with active individuals across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from post-surgical recovery through to return-to-sport rehabilitation.

With a background in running and tennis, Sarah has a strong appreciation for helping people return to the activities they love. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and activity levels, and has a particular interest in shoulder rotator cuff injuries, running-related knee and ankle injuries, and cervicogenic headaches. She values guiding patients through structured, progressive rehabilitation that addresses both the current symptoms and the underlying cause.

Sarah’s treatment approach is holistic and patient-centred, combining dry needling, clinical Pilates, manual therapy, exercise prescription and tailored rehabilitation programs. She is committed to supporting each person’s unique goals, whether that is returning to sport, resolving a long-standing injury, or simply feeling stronger in day-to-day movement.

Sarah has completed additional training through the DMA Clinical Pilates courses (Units A & B), and uses this as both an assessment and rehabilitation tool, particularly for patients with recurring back and neck pain, sports-related injuries, and post-surgical recovery. She is also a certified Hijama practitioner and integrates Hijama (wet cupping) into treatment plans where clinically appropriate.

Sarah particularly enjoys working with motivated patients who are ready to invest in their recovery, and takes pride in helping them rebuild capacity step by step.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Sarah running, playing tennis on the weekend, or catching up with family and friends.

Having Sarah on the team also means patients who would prefer to see a female clinician now have that option, whether for cultural reasons, comfort, or personal preference.
