Holsworthy patients drive to us for a reason: post-surgical knee rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy and Hijama performed at a level you won't find at the local strip-mall clinic. Fifteen minutes up Heathcote Road, free parking when you arrive.
Holsworthy sits across the Georges River from Liverpool, geographically close but with a different feel. A lot of our Holsworthy patients are connected to the Holsworthy Barracks in some way: current and former ADF personnel, partners and dependents, civilian staff. We also see a steady stream of patients from Wattle Grove and the adjacent residential streets, plus athletes from the local football, rugby and cricket clubs.
The common thread is they're not after a five-minute drive-by. They're after specialist post-op rehab, properly-loaded return-to-sport plans, and clinicians who'll take the time to actually explain what's happening to their body.
Fastest route from Holsworthy or Wattle Grove: north on Heathcote Road, left onto the M5, then take the Hume Highway exit and follow it north into Liverpool. We're on the western side at Shop 4C in the Reilly Centre. Total drive time is typically 15 to 18 minutes in normal traffic.
If you'd rather avoid the motorway, Heathcote Road into Newbridge Road and onto Hume Highway also works, though it's a touch slower in the afternoon.
Free parking is available directly outside Shop 4C. There's no need to find street parking.
If you're an ADF member, ex-service, or have a workers comp claim, we can see you under those funding streams without you having to organise anything complicated. SIRA accreditation means we're authorised to provide treatment under NSW workers compensation and CTP schemes. DVA-funded sessions can also be arranged after a brief call to confirm referral details. Give us a ring before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Fifteen minutes via Heathcote Road. ADF, DVA and SIRA workers comp welcome.
