Recovery, built one honest conversation at a time.
Abdulla is the co-founder of Rehab n Run with a clinical focus on post-surgical rehabilitation, particularly the knee. He works most often with ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair and total knee replacement patients, guiding them from the brutal early weeks of post-op load progression through to return-to-sport clearance.
Beyond post-surgical work, Abdulla has a particular interest in treating chronic lower back pain and elbow injuries such as tennis and golfer’s elbow. He treats every patient who walks in with the same principle: the plan has to make sense, the timeline has to be honest, and the work has to be done.
Abdulla works within the Dynamic Systems Approach, building training environments that let the body find its own most efficient way to move rather than drilling one rigid “correct” technique. The result is rehab that holds up under the chaos of real life, not just on a clinic mat.
Bilingual in English and Tamil, Abdulla sees patients from across South-West Sydney’s diverse community. He is internationally certified to perform Hijama (wet cupping) and offers it as part of clinical care for patients who want it integrated into their treatment plan.
